Technical Project Manager

KGT Global is seeking a skilled and organized Technical Manager to oversee and lead its technical operations and team. This role is based onsite at our office in Nazimabad No. 1, Karachi, and requires working evening or night shifts. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to managing tasks and improving processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the technical team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective task execution.
- Plan, assign, and monitor workloads to maintain productivity and meet project deadlines.
- Utilize management tools such as Excel and Trello to track tasks, generate reports, and streamline workflows.
- Apply strong research and development skills to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
- Foster a collaborative team environment by providing guidance, support, and motivation to team members.

Required Qualifications:
- Technical background in Development or Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Proven experience in managing teams within a technical environment.
- Proficiency in task and report management using tools like Excel and Trello.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address technical challenges effectively.
- Excellent workload management capabilities to ensure balanced task distribution and timely completion.
- Willingness to work onsite during evening or night shifts, specifically between 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM or 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM.
