Technical Project Manager

KGT Global is seeking a skilled and organized Technical Project Manager to oversee and lead our technical operations and team. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong technical background, capable of managing development and CMS-related projects while ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery. The position is based onsite at Nazimabad No. 1, Karachi, with shift timings in the evening and night to support our operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the technical team, providing guidance and support to ensure project goals are met efficiently.
- Oversee task allocation, monitor progress, and manage workload distribution using tools such as Excel and Trello.
- Conduct research and development activities to enhance existing processes, tools, and technical solutions.
- Quickly identify and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
- Prepare and manage reports related to project status, team performance, and operational metrics.
- Collaborate with other departments to align technical efforts with overall business objectives.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong technical background in software development or content management systems (CMS).
- Proven experience in managing technical teams and projects, demonstrating leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in task and workload management using Excel and Trello or similar project management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address technical challenges promptly and effectively.
- Ability to work onsite in Karachi, specifically in the evening/night shifts (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM or 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM).
- Strong research and development capabilities to continuously improve technical processes and tools.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:

- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs60,000 based on experience and qualifications.
