Technical Project Manager

KGT Global is seeking a skilled and organized Technical Manager to oversee and lead its technical operations and team. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage technical tasks efficiently while driving improvements in processes and tools. The position is based onsite at Nazimabad No. 1, Karachi, with evening and night shift timings to support operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the technical team, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Plan, assign, and monitor workloads effectively to meet project deadlines and maintain team productivity.
- Utilize tools such as Excel and Trello to manage tasks, generate reports, and track progress.
- Apply strong problem-solving skills to quickly address and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Conduct research and development activities aimed at improving existing processes, tools, and workflows.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning and technical growth within the team.

Required Qualifications
- Technical background in development or content management systems (CMS).
- Proven experience in managing and leading a technical team in a development or CMS environment.
- Proficiency in task and workload management using tools like Excel and Trello.
- Strong research and development capabilities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle technical challenges promptly.
- Ability and willingness to work onsite during evening or night shifts (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM or 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM).
