Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Technical Project Manager in a customer-facing role, collaborating closely with distinguished clients and internal teams to build strong, lasting relationships and exceed expectations.
- Lead project meetings and client engagements, ensuring alignment on deliverables, timelines, and scope.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, managing expectations and providing frequent status updates that highlight key milestones, risks, and next steps.
- Oversee resource allocation and workload distribution to meet project delivery requirements.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps in collaboration with external stakeholders, managing product development using best practices in software engineering.
- Gather and document detailed requirements and user stories to guide development efforts.
- Champion the adoption of AI-assisted tools and methodologies, such as AI-powered sprint planning, risk prediction, and automated reporting, to enhance delivery speed, quality, and innovation.
- Collaborate with engineering teams integrating AI/ML features and large language model capabilities, ensuring proper scoping, milestone tracking, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure responsible AI governance throughout the project lifecycle, including data privacy compliance, bias risk assessments, and auditability.
- Monitor and report on the ROI of AI tooling investments, providing insights to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.
- Stay updated on emerging AI trends and proactively recommend adoption strategies aligned with client objectives.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience managing software development projects with strong technical knowledge, including hands-on experience in development, architecture, and databases.
- Minimum 3 years of development experience with technologies such as Bootstrap, Angular, React, Node.js, .Net, and Python.
- Proven experience working with offshore teams and managing the full project lifecycle for large corporate clients.
- Excellent communication skills in English, capable of effectively engaging with diverse teams and clients.
- Experience working in agile environments, with familiarity in SCRUM practices considered a plus.
- Proficiency with project management tools like JIRA or similar software.
- Ability to prepare and deliver clear status updates, manage timelines, and handle sensitive communications tactfully.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure is advantageous.
- Hands-on experience developing mobile applications (iOS and/or Android) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:

- Ability to leverage AI coding assistants and productivity tools to improve team efficiency and reduce manual overhead.
- Awareness of emerging AI trends in software development, including agentic AI workflows and generative AI in the SDLC.
