Key Responsibilities:
As a Technical Project Manager, you will serve as a primary customer-facing liaison, collaborating closely with distinguished clients and internal teams including product management and development. Your role involves nurturing long-term relationships and consistently exceeding customer expectations. You will apply project and product management expertise to guide customers in building multi-platform products and custom solutions, leveraging agile best practices. A critical part of your role is championing AI-assisted tools and methodologies to accelerate delivery, enhance quality, and drive innovation throughout the software development lifecycle.

You will lead project meetings and client engagements, ensuring alignment with customer expectations. Effective communication with both large and small teams of technical and non-technical stakeholders is essential to manage timelines, scope, and deliverables. You will prepare and deliver frequent project updates, highlight key milestones, identify risks, and maintain a positive customer journey. Managing resource allocation and workload assignments to meet delivery requirements is also part of your responsibilities.

Collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams such as design, development, and information security is vital. You will contribute to developing product roadmaps with external stakeholders, gather requirements, document user stories, and manage product development using industry best practices. Additionally, you will ensure responsible AI governance practices are embedded throughout project lifecycles, including compliance with data privacy, bias risk assessments, and model auditability.

Required Qualifications:
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in software development project management with strong technical knowledge.
- Hands-on background in development, architecture, and database management.
- Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Experience managing projects using agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
- Minimum 3 years of development experience with technologies including Bootstrap, Angular, React, Node.js, .Net, and Python.
- Proven ability to work effectively with offshore teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience managing the full project lifecycle for large corporate clients and building products across multiple platforms.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- SCRUM certification and experience working in agile environments are highly desirable.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure is a plus.
- Hands-on experience developing mobile applications (iOS and Android) is advantageous.
- Strong familiarity with AI/ML platforms and tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, OpenAI API, Azure AI Services, AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI).
- Experience using AI-powered productivity tools like Notion AI, Linear, GitHub Copilot, and Otter.ai for project documentation and collaboration.
- Ability to apply AI/ML concepts to scope projects and communicate technical constraints effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Commitment to responsible AI principles, data governance, and compliance in AI-integrated software products.
- Proactive in monitoring AI tooling ROI and staying current with emerging AI trends to recommend strategic adoption aligned with client goals.
