Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Technical Project Manager with over two years of experience to lead and coordinate software development and design projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth collaboration between technical teams and stakeholders, delivering projects on time and within the agreed scope. This role demands strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, service-based software environment.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and oversee the entire lifecycle of technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on schedule and meet defined objectives. Work closely with developers, designers, and cross-functional teams to establish clear project requirements and deliverables. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines and progress reports, to track milestones and overall status. Regularly communicate updates and project status to relevant stakeholders to ensure transparency. Ensure all projects comply with quality standards, industry best practices, and internal company processes. Efficiently coordinate resource allocation to handle multiple projects concurrently. Facilitate effective communication across departments to maintain alignment and ensure smooth project execution.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of two years’ experience as a Technical Project Manager within a service-based software house environment is essential. A strong understanding of software development and design workflows is required. Excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills are necessary to lead diverse teams effectively. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and resources simultaneously is critical. Strong documentation skills, along with problem-solving and stakeholder management capabilities, are also required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This position is based on-site at Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 13D-1, Karachi. The role requires working the night shift from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 PM and 5:00 AM. The monthly salary range for this position is PKR 80,000 to PKR 130,000. Candidates should be able to reliably commute or be willing to relocate to Karachi, specifically Gulshan-e-Iqbal, prior to starting work.
