Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Technical Project Manager with over two years of experience to lead and coordinate software development and design projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring effective collaboration between technical teams and stakeholders. This role demands strong organizational skills to deliver projects on schedule and within defined scope, while maintaining high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and oversee the full lifecycle of technical projects.
- Work closely with developers, designers, and cross-functional teams to establish clear project requirements and deliverables.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, timelines, and progress reports.
- Provide regular updates on project milestones and status to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, industry best practices, and company processes.
- Allocate resources efficiently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Facilitate communication across departments to promote smooth collaboration and alignment on project goals.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Technical Project Manager within a service-based software house environment.
- Strong understanding of software development and design workflows.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and team leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Proficient in documentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Location: This is an on-site position based in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 13D-1, Karachi. Candidates should be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
- Shift: Night shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Monday to Friday.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs80,000 to Rs130,000.
