Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of technology, people, and delivery. In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineering teams, clients, and leadership to transform ideas and requirements into successfully executed software projects. Your ability to manage projects from inception through production while maintaining clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders will be essential to driving timely and high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive software projects from kickoff to production, ensuring scope, timelines, and priorities remain on track.
- Collaborate effectively with engineering, QA, design, and product teams to maintain smooth project execution.
- Break down complex requirements into clear deliverables, tasks, and milestones.
- Act as a translator between technical teams and business or client stakeholders, preserving critical details.
- Monitor dependencies, risks, blockers, and evolving requirements proactively to prevent issues.
- Lead project discussions, daily stand-ups, planning sessions, and client updates.
- Keep all stakeholders aligned on what is being built, why it is important, and when it will be delivered.
- Adapt to shifting priorities and support the team in making practical, informed decisions.
- Ensure projects meet expected quality standards, scope, and delivery timelines.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 4 years’ experience managing software or technical projects.
- Strong understanding of software development and engineering workflows.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with developers, clients, and leadership alike.
- Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Demonstrated ownership, problem-solving ability, and sound decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Linear, or similar platforms.
- Technical mindset with the ability to comprehend requirements, workflows, APIs, integrations, and development dependencies.
- A proactive approach that goes beyond task tracking to taking full ownership of project delivery.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience with Smartsheet is considered a plus.
- This position is onsite, located in DHA Phase 3, Lahore.
- Working hours are from 1 PM to 10 PM.
