Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of technology, people, and delivery. In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineering teams, clients, and leadership to transform ideas and requirements into successfully executed software projects. Your ability to manage projects from inception through to production while maintaining clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders will be critical to your success.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive software projects from kickoff to production, ensuring scope, timelines, and priorities remain on track.
- Collaborate effectively with engineering, QA, design, and product teams to maintain smooth project execution.
- Break down complex requirements into clear deliverables, tasks, and milestones.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business or client stakeholders, ensuring detailed information is accurately conveyed.
- Monitor dependencies, risks, blockers, and evolving requirements proactively to prevent potential issues.
- Lead project discussions, daily stand-ups, planning sessions, and client updates to keep everyone informed and aligned.
- Maintain stakeholder alignment on what is being built, the rationale behind it, and expected delivery timelines.
- Adapt to shifting priorities and support the team in making practical, timely decisions.
- Ensure projects are delivered with the expected quality, scope, and within agreed timelines.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience managing software or technical projects.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and engineering workflows.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with developers, clients, and leadership alike.
- Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Demonstrated ownership, problem-solving abilities, and sound decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Linear, or similar platforms.
- A technical mindset with the ability to comprehend requirements, workflows, APIs, integrations, and development dependencies.
- A proactive approach that goes beyond task tracking to taking full ownership of project delivery.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Experience with Smartsheet is considered a plus.
- This position is based onsite at DHA Phase 3, Lahore.
- Working hours are from 1 PM to 10 PM.
