Technical Recruiter Intern

A Technical Recruiter Intern position is available in Lahore for current or recent bachelor’s degree students interested in gaining hands-on experience in the recruitment field. This on-site internship operates during morning hours and offers a monthly stipend ranging from PKR 15,000 to 35,000. The role provides an excellent opportunity to develop skills in IT recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and the use of various recruitment platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates for IT-related positions using various recruitment tools and platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication throughout the process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records accurately.
- Support the recruitment team in daily administrative tasks and follow-ups with candidates.
- Learn and apply best practices in recruitment to contribute effectively to the hiring process.

Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s degree program.
- Strong interest in recruitment, human resources, or talent acquisition, particularly within the IT sector.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with candidates and team members.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and eagerness to learn new tools and techniques.
- Ability to work on-site in Lahore during morning shifts.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
