Technical Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent in the IT industry. This position requires a strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding. The role operates on a shift from 5:45 PM to 2:15 AM, offering a unique opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team focused on building a skilled workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement comprehensive recruiting strategies aligned with organizational goals. Develop and regularly update job descriptions and specifications to accurately reflect role requirements. Conduct thorough job and task analyses to document job objectives and qualifications. Prepare and post job openings on relevant platforms such as job boards, newspapers, and educational institutions.

Source and attract candidates through various channels including resume databases and social media platforms. Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates efficiently. Conduct interviews using reliable personnel selection tools and methods to assess candidates within the scheduled timeframe. Evaluate applicants’ knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes relevant to technical roles.

Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure new employees are fully integrated into the company culture and operations. Monitor recruitment best practices and ensure timely submission of candidate profiles. Provide detailed analytical reports to the recruitment team to support data-driven decision making. Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, fostering strong relationships throughout the selection process.

Promote the company’s reputation as an employer of choice by highlighting its strengths and positive work environment. Collaborate with peers to continuously improve recruitment processes. Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support organizational needs.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Between 1 to 3 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the IT sector. Familiarity with technical roles such as software development, network engineering, and IT support.

Strong understanding of technical terminology, programming languages, frameworks, and tools relevant to the industry. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software to manage candidate pipelines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.

Ability to accurately screen and assess technical resumes and candidate qualifications. Knowledge of diverse sourcing techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates. Experience administering and interpreting technical assessments. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail, capable of managing multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.

Additional Information

This role is based in Islamabad and requires working hours from 5:45 PM to 2:15 AM. Candidates should be prepared to operate within this schedule to meet recruitment demands effectively.
