Technical Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter with a strong background in IT talent acquisition to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience recruiting software engineers and other technical professionals, demonstrating a solid understanding of technical terminology and software development processes. This role requires someone who can effectively manage multiple vacancies, engage passive candidates, and collaborate closely with technical leadership to meet hiring goals in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various technical roles, ensuring alignment with job requirements and organizational needs.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, job portals, and other sourcing tools to identify and engage both active and passive candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and technical leaders to understand role requirements and provide recruitment updates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment management tools.
- Develop and implement strategies to build talent pipelines and conduct talent mapping for future hiring needs.
- Prepare and analyze recruitment reports using MS Excel or Google Sheets to track hiring progress and identify areas for improvement.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in technical recruitment or IT talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting software engineers and other technical professionals.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts, software development lifecycle, programming languages, and technology job requirements.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search methods, job portals, and engaging passive candidates effectively.
- Excellent candidate screening and interviewing skills to assess technical and cultural fit.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical leadership.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills and experience managing offers and candidate expectations.
- Ability to handle multiple technical vacancies simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Good analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data management.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment management platforms is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience recruiting within FinTech, Logistics, E-commerce, SaaS, or other technology-driven sectors.
- Background in hiring for high-growth technology teams, including exposure to senior and leadership-level technical roles.
- Proven ability to build passive talent pipelines and conduct comprehensive talent mapping exercises.
- Established network within Pakistan’s technology talent market, facilitating quicker access to quality candidates.
