Key Responsibilities
- Extract and analyze both technical and non-technical information from clients and the Operations Team to understand project needs.
- Conduct job and task analysis to document technical requirements, duties, skills, and resource expectations accurately.
- Develop and prepare detailed Scope of Work (SOW) documents based on client and operational inputs.
- Screen IT and technical resumes by evaluating specialized skills, qualifications, certifications, and experience.
- Execute technical recruitment through multiple platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Jora, and local recruitment websites.
- Ensure recruitment activities align with budget constraints and meet SLA targets for Dispatch, Projects, and Full-Time Employee (FTE) requirements.
- Evaluate CVs technically against job and task specifications.
- Conduct pre-screening calls and initial interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, communication abilities, availability, and overall suitability.
- Perform initial short interviews with Field Engineers to verify technical skills, availability, expected rates, required tools and certifications, and geographic suitability before handing candidates to IT/Operations teams.
- Identify and onboard local companies and service providers as partners to secure adequate technical resource coverage in targeted regions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure daily progress reporting is completed before shift handovers.
- Create compelling job advertisements and publish them across relevant social media and recruitment platforms.
- Build and maintain a database of potential technical candidates sourced from social media, recruitment platforms, local websites, and referrals.
- Regularly update company and candidate databases, daily task sheets, and other recruitment and operations tracking tools.
- Conduct structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral interviews as needed.
- Collaborate with IT/SD Team Leaders and Operations to understand department needs, forecast hiring demands, and support workforce planning.
- Develop and send personalized recruitment communications to active and passive candidates about current and upcoming opportunities.
- Participate in online technology conferences, industry events, meetups, and professional communities to expand the network of IT professionals.
- Prepare and issue job offer letters, NDAs, and other recruitment-related documentation in line with company policies.
- Promote Quattris as an employer of choice and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, IT products, technical skills, and industry trends relevant to recruitment.
- Perform additional recruitment, coordination, reporting, and administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (BBA, MBA, BCS, BIT, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, technical recruitment, HR, or a corporate environment.
- Strong interest and willingness to continuously develop knowledge in the IT and technology sector.
- Solid understanding of technical recruitment, including the ability to identify relevant IT skills, technologies, and qualifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in professional email correspondence.
- Strong negotiation skills, particularly in negotiating technical resource rates and availability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines, SLAs, and operational timelines.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and coordination skills.
- Capability to manage multiple recruitment priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, candidates, technical teams, operations, and internal stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Jora, Rozee.pk, or similar recruitment platforms.
- Background in recruiting IT professionals such as Field Engineers, Network Engineers, System Engineers, and Desktop Support Engineers.
- Familiarity with technical terminology related to IT infrastructure, networking, hardware, software, and field support services.
- Experience working in SLA-driven recruitment or resource dispatch environments.
- Skilled in maintaining recruitment databases, candidate pipelines, and Excel-based reporting.
