Technical Recruiter - US Hiring

Systems Limited is looking for a skilled Technical Recruiter to support its hiring efforts for the US market. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing and recruiting technology professionals, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, and a thorough understanding of US visa categories and employment terms. This role requires close collaboration with hiring managers to meet staffing needs while ensuring compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards. The position is based in Lahore and requires working during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and engage top IT and technology talent using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and various networking channels.
- Screen and assess candidates for technical skills, experience, and overall fit for the role.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to address current and future hiring demands.
- Coordinate interviews and manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Stay informed about US hiring trends, talent availability, and best sourcing practices.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain strict confidentiality of candidate information.

Required Qualifications

- 3 to 5 years of experience in technical recruitment focused on the US market.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience recruiting for roles such as Software Engineers, Developers, QA specialists, Data professionals, Cloud experts, and other IT positions.
- Strong knowledge of US visa categories and employment terms, including W2, C2C, 1099, H-1B, Green Card holders, and US Citizens.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and major job boards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and time management skills.
- Willingness to work onsite in Lahore during US business hours.
