Technical Solutions Architect

Veroke is seeking an experienced Technical Solutions Architect with over 8 years of software engineering experience to join their team in Islamabad (I-10/3) on an onsite basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software architecture, system design, and cloud platforms, with hands-on expertise in at least two of the following technologies: Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, Python, React, or .NET/C#. This role requires a strategic thinker who can assess client requirements, recommend appropriate technology stacks, and provide technical leadership to engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable software solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and supervision to engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Evaluate client needs and recommend the optimal technology stack, architecture, and engineering resources.
- Conduct technical interviews and assess engineering talent to build high-performing teams.
- Act as a technical advisor to both clients and internal leadership, facilitating clear communication and stakeholder management.
- Oversee system design, APIs, database integrations, and cloud platform deployments across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role such as Technical Lead, Solutions Architect, Engineering Lead, or Technical Consultant.
- Proven hands-on expertise in at least two core technologies from Java, Node.js, Python, React, or .NET.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles, system design, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Demonstrated ability to assess complex client requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Experience providing technical leadership and mentoring to engineering teams.
- Skilled in conducting technical interviews and evaluating engineering capabilities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to serve as a trusted technical advisor, balancing technical depth with business acumen.
