Technical Solutions Architect

S&P Global Market Intelligence is seeking a Technical Solutions Architect (Grade Level 9) to join its global Enterprise Product Specialists team, with opportunities based in London, Islamabad, Hyderabad, or Gurgaon. This role serves as a critical link between end-users and the company’s Data Management Solutions (DMS) products, combining deep product knowledge with an understanding of customer needs to deliver efficient data integration solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Product Specialists, Datafeed Application Specialists, Content Specialists, Product Management, Product Development, and Sales teams to provide high-quality technical support to both existing customers and new prospects. This position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by enhancing user experiences and driving customer success through technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert for Web-Services, APIs, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI product offerings.
- Provide technical support and guidance to sales teams and customers regarding products, services, and solutions.
- Lead client-facing technical sales discussions and conduct product demonstrations.
- Continuously research and stay updated on evolving product features and industry trends.
- Represent customer feedback to influence product enhancements and improvements.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in technical product support or technical sales roles.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills in English.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Self-motivated with the capacity to quickly learn and adapt to rapidly changing technologies.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience or knowledge of financial markets is highly advantageous.
- Technical familiarity with Web-Services, APIs, LLMs, and Managed Cloud Platforms (MCPs).
- Proficiency in SQL and relational database querying.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
