Technical Team Lead - MERN Stack

Consultancy Outfit is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to join our dynamic team in Lahore. The role involves hands-on involvement in both back-end and front-end web development, including full-stack responsibilities and expertise in Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative environment to deliver robust software products.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define project requirements and technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to support ongoing development and future maintenance.
- Enforce best practices in software development, including conducting code reviews, testing, and managing deployment processes.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and implement improvements to optimize development workflows.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support team growth.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in ReactJS and NodeJS for front-end and back-end development.
- Strong experience with Agile software development methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
- Understanding of DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment.
- Experience in database design and management, covering both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Awareness of security best practices in software development.
- Proven ability to lead and manage remote teams effectively.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
