Technical Trainer – Information Security & Ethical Hacking

xLoop Digital Services is seeking an experienced Technical Trainer specializing in Information Security and Ethical Hacking to lead intensive 4 to 6-month training bootcamps. The ideal candidate will possess strong practical cybersecurity expertise and relevant industry experience. This role requires the ability to deliver hands-on training through practical labs, exercises, and projects that align with current industry standards. The position is full-time and based in Punjab, Pakistan, with potential locations including Lahore, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Faisalabad, or Sahiwal.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured training sessions focused on Information Security, Cybersecurity, and Ethical Hacking.
- Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, practical exercises, and lab activities.
- Teach core concepts such as security fundamentals, network security, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, and security best practices.
- Conduct hands-on demonstrations using industry-standard cybersecurity tools and testing environments.
- Guide participants through practical assignments, real-world projects, and security scenarios.
- Evaluate participant progress via quizzes, practical tests, assignments, and final projects.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to enhance technical skills.
- Continuously update training content to reflect the latest cybersecurity threats, tools, technologies, and industry trends.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and training progress reports.
- Ensure all ethical hacking exercises are performed in authorized, controlled environments.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience in cybersecurity, information security, penetration testing, or related domains.
- Strong understanding of ethical hacking methodologies, network security, and vulnerability assessment techniques.
- Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools such as Kali Linux, Nmap, Burp Suite, Wireshark, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of web application security, operating systems, network protocols, and security testing methodologies.
- Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts in an accessible and practical manner.
- Excellent presentation, communication, mentoring, and classroom management skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Relevant certifications such as CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), Security+, OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional), or equivalents.
- Prior experience delivering technical training, workshops, or bootcamps in cybersecurity.

- Experience designing hands-on cybersecurity labs and practical exercises to enhance learning.
- Awareness of current cybersecurity standards, industry trends, and best practices.
