Technician Electrical / Electronics

The Installation & Configuration Technician will be responsible for the installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of various hardware and software systems. This role primarily involves working with SMD/LED display screens, networking equipment, database systems, and related IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operation and reliability. The technician will work on-site to implement solutions, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with project teams and customers to meet technical specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Install and configure SMD/LED screens, display controllers, and all supporting hardware components.
- Set up networking equipment such as routers, switches, cabling, and ensure proper connectivity.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications, database systems, and associated hardware devices.
- Conduct thorough testing and commissioning of installed systems to verify operational reliability.
- Diagnose and resolve any installation, configuration, or technical issues encountered on-site.
- Maintain accurate installation records, technical documentation, and service reports for all projects.
- Coordinate effectively with project teams and customers to ensure installations align with required specifications.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company quality standards throughout all installation activities.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in installing and configuring SMD/LED display screens and related hardware.
- Strong knowledge of networking equipment setup, including routers, switches, and cabling infrastructure.
- Proficiency in installing and troubleshooting software and database systems.
- Ability to perform system testing and commissioning with attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain detailed documentation and service records.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients.
- Willingness to work on-site and follow safety and quality guidelines consistently.
