Greaves Pakistan (Private) Limited, a part of the Ghulam Faruque Group, specializes in the sales, service, and maintenance of a wide range of engineering equipment and power solutions. These include generators, solar systems, UPS, elevators, earth-moving and construction equipment, pumps, petroleum and refueling products, as well as industrial and automation solutions. We are currently looking for a motivated and skilled professional to join our Elevators Division, focusing on the maintenance and servicing of elevator systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on elevators and escalators to ensure optimal operation.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults, and carry out necessary repairs efficiently.
- Respond promptly to emergency service calls and equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
- Conduct thorough safety inspections and functional testing of elevator equipment.
- Replace or repair defective components such as motors, controllers, sensors, cables, and door systems.
- Maintain accurate and detailed service reports, maintenance records, and inspection documentation.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations at all times.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding equipment status, repair needs, and maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with supervisors, contractors, and technical support teams to resolve complex technical issues effectively.
- Recommend equipment upgrades and modernization solutions to enhance reliability and performance.
- Keep tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good working condition to support service operations.

Required Qualifications
- DAE Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3 to 5 years of practical experience in elevator installation, maintenance, or service engineering.
- Strong understanding of elevator control systems, motors, drives, and safety devices.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings accurately.
- Proficient in troubleshooting techniques for both electrical and mechanical systems.
