Key Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering: Understand and analyze functional requirements from clients and assist in translating these into clear technical specifications at the module level.
Configuration and Customization: Support coding, configuration, and minor customizations following established design and development standards to ensure alignment with client needs.
Technology Harmonization: Assist in integration testing by validating interface behavior and identifying any basic issues that arise during the process.
Troubleshooting and Optimization: Provide support in troubleshooting activities, resolving basic technical issues related to module performance or configuration to maintain system efficiency.
Documentation: Help prepare user documentation, configuration notes, and testing artifacts to ensure comprehensive records for specific modules.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5 to 8 years in relevant technology roles, with a strong focus on payments.
- Proven ability to bridge functional and technical requirements effectively.
- Hands-on experience with configuration, customization, and troubleshooting in a technical environment.
- Familiarity with integration testing and interface validation.
- Strong documentation skills to support technical and user-facing materials.
