Key Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering: Lead discussions and workshops with both internal teams and client stakeholders to capture functional requirements. Translate these into clear technical specifications aligned with project objectives.
Feasibility Analysis: Support feasibility studies by reviewing functional documentation, identifying constraints, and preparing impact assessments for proposed changes.
Solution Design: Assist in designing solutions by pinpointing customization needs across multiple system modules, ensuring alignment between functional and technical requirements.
Configuration and Customization: Implement necessary customizations and configuration changes across various modules within the existing system. Support the deployment and integration of business processes.
Technology Harmonization: Engage in integration design activities, evaluating data flows between multiple applications to ensure seamless interoperability.
Troubleshooting and Optimization: Analyze system performance issues and optimize configurations, queries, and integrations to enhance overall efficiency.
Documentation: Develop comprehensive functional and technical documentation, including design and process documents, to support system maintenance and knowledge transfer.
Required Qualifications
- 8 to 10 years of experience working with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Proven expertise in executing customizations and configuration changes within complex systems.
- Strong ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience in integration design and troubleshooting across multiple applications.
- Excellent documentation skills with attention to detail.
