Key Responsibilities
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and workshops with both internal teams and client stakeholders to understand functional needs and translate them into technical specifications aligned with project objectives.
- Assist in feasibility analysis by reviewing functional documents, identifying preliminary constraints, and preparing impact assessments for proposed changes.
- Contribute to solution design by pinpointing customization requirements across multiple system modules based on a clear understanding of functional and technical requirements.
- Execute necessary customizations and apply configuration changes across various modules within the existing system to support business process implementation.
- Participate in integration design efforts, evaluating data flow and harmonization between multiple applications and modules.
- Analyze and troubleshoot performance issues, optimizing configurations, queries, and integrations to enhance system efficiency.
- Develop comprehensive functional and technical documentation, including design and process documents, to support project delivery and knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Oracle SCM Cloud, specifically in Manufacturing and Inventory modules.
- Strong expertise in system customization, configuration, and integration within Oracle SCM Cloud environments.
- Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing system performance across multiple applications.
- Excellent documentation skills with the ability to create detailed functional and technical documents.
