Key Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering: Lead discussions and workshops with both internal teams and client stakeholders to capture and understand functional requirements. Translate these into clear technical specifications aligned with project objectives.
Feasibility Analysis: Support feasibility studies by reviewing functional documentation, identifying constraints, and preparing impact assessments for proposed changes.
Solution Design: Collaborate in designing solutions by pinpointing customization needs across various modules, ensuring alignment between functional and technical requirements.
Configuration and Customization: Implement necessary customizations and configuration changes across multiple system modules. Provide support for the deployment and integration of business processes within the existing system.
Technology Harmonization: Engage in integration design activities involving multiple modules, evaluating data flows between different applications to ensure seamless interoperability.
Troubleshooting and Optimization: Diagnose performance issues and enhance system efficiency by optimizing configurations, queries, and integrations across applications.
Documentation: Develop comprehensive functional and technical documentation, including design and process documents, to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience of 8 to 10 years working with Oracle Fusion Payroll.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end customization and configuration within complex enterprise systems.
- Strong analytical skills to conduct requirement gathering, feasibility analysis, and solution design.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and optimizing system performance across integrated applications.
- Excellent documentation skills to produce detailed functional and technical materials.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
