Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering: Define requirement specifications through workshops and discussions with senior client stakeholders. Identify opportunities for optimization to be incorporated into the design process.

Feasibility Analysis: Conduct feasibility studies to uncover potential constraints and necessary changes by collaborating with client business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Solution Design: Develop end-to-end solution designs across various modules and systems, ensuring scalability, feasibility, and alignment with the existing enterprise architecture.

Configuration and Customization: Perform design reviews to ensure configurations comply with established development frameworks. Recommend and implement best practices to enhance the quality of business processes.

Technology Harmonization: Review integration architecture across systems to ensure consistency with the defined integration framework. Execute data migration strategies to guarantee accurate data flow across multiple applications.

Troubleshooting and Optimization: Enhance solution performance by aligning with cost, scalability, and efficiency targets.

Documentation: Oversee the creation and review of functional and technical documentation, ensuring compliance with architectural standards across modules and project teams.

Required Qualifications

- Extensive experience of over 10 years in relevant technology roles.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Active Directory administration.
- Proven ability to develop and implement end-to-end technical solutions aligned with business needs.
- Demonstrated skills in requirement gathering, feasibility analysis, solution design, and system integration.
- Experience working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
