Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment and materials.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and laboratory procedures.

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide timely and reliable laboratory data.
- Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to uphold laboratory standards.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (BS MLT), Medical Technology (BS MT), or Medical Laboratory Science (BS ML).
- Candidates with a Master’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MS MLT) are also encouraged to apply.
- Open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with prior experience in a clinical or research laboratory setting.
- Strong understanding of laboratory procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
