The Technology Operations Management Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. This role focuses on supporting daily technology operations by monitoring systems and workflows, coordinating with engineering and delivery teams, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects and services. The associate will be responsible for tracking operational metrics, identifying and escalating issues promptly, assisting in process documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Collaboration with internal stakeholders and clients is essential to address operational inquiries, support service delivery, and maintain high standards of quality and responsiveness. The associate will also ensure that technology operations align with business priorities and meet established service levels.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and manage day-to-day technology operations, ensuring seamless workflows and system performance.
- Coordinate activities across engineering, delivery, and other internal teams to support project execution and service delivery.
- Track and analyze operational metrics to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement.
- Escalate operational challenges and risks in a timely manner to appropriate stakeholders.
- Assist in documenting processes, workflows, and best practices to support operational consistency and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve operational inquiries and maintain positive relationships.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and service quality.
- Ensure alignment of technology operations with business goals and service level agreements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong skills in operations and process management, with the ability to coordinate activities across multiple teams effectively.
- Solid analytical capabilities to interpret data, identify trends, and support informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Customer service orientation focused on responsiveness, issue resolution, and maintaining positive relationships.
- Basic understanding of technology services, project workflows, and operational KPIs.
- Proficiency in common productivity and collaboration tools such as spreadsheets, task management software, and documentation platforms.
- Ability to work on-site in Lahore, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
