EY is looking for a Senior Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Concur to join their Global Delivery Services team based in Hyderabad. The successful candidate will independently manage SAP Concur implementation and support projects by gathering client requirements and designing customized Travel & Expense (T&E) solutions. Collaboration with clients to configure and integrate SAP Concur with SAP S/4HANA or ECC systems is a key aspect of the role, ensuring smooth functionality and high-quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP Concur implementation, including configuration, testing, integration, and ongoing support.
- Manage project teams by assigning tasks and optimizing resource performance to achieve project objectives.
- Gather and analyze client business requirements to design functional hosted solutions aligned with Concur products and services.
- Design, build, configure, and test applications tailored to meet specific business process needs.
- Oversee integration of SAP Concur Expense and Request modules with SAP ECC or S/4HANA using Integration Cloud Services (ICS).
- Develop custom reports utilizing the Cognos Reporting tool to meet client reporting requirements.
- Conduct design and development sessions with clients to clarify technical functionalities and integration scopes.
- Provide post-go-live Hyper Care support, ensuring timely resolution of issues within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Concur T&E systems, middleware integrations, and related applications such as Concur Travel, Request, Detect, and Invoice.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure solution quality and performance standards are met.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields.
- 7 to 12 years of hands-on experience with SAP Concur, including at least two full lifecycle implementations.
- Mandatory SAP Concur CIP certification.
- Proven expertise in SAP Concur implementation covering Expense and Request modules, advanced configuration, and integration with SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
- Strong skills in building custom reports using Cognos.
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
