Tele sales Executive

MARS BPO, based in Saddar, Karachi, is expanding its international sales team and looking for motivated individuals with strong English communication skills. This full-time, on-site position involves engaging with international prospects to explain products and services, handle objections, and follow up to secure sales. Candidates with backgrounds in international sales, telesales, telemarketing, or call centers are encouraged to apply. Freshers who possess excellent spoken English are also welcome. The role requires working the night shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM and offers a competitive compensation package that includes a basic salary, commission, and performance bonuses.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally and clearly with potential international customers.
- Present products and services in a persuasive and informative manner.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently.
- Maintain regular contact with interested prospects to build and nurture relationships.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Organize and update accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.

Required Qualifications
- Strong spoken English communication skills are essential.
- Excellent abilities in communication, persuasion, and problem-solving.
- Confidence in managing customer conversations and handling objections effectively.
- Willingness and ability to work the night shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
