Tele sales Executive

MARS BPO, located in Saddar, Karachi, is seeking motivated individuals to join its expanding international sales team. This full-time, on-site role involves engaging with international prospects, clearly explaining products and services, managing customer objections, and following up to close sales. Candidates with backgrounds in international sales, telesales, telemarketing, or call centers are encouraged to apply, while freshers with excellent spoken English are also welcome. The position requires working the evening shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM and offers a competitive compensation package including a basic salary, commission, and performance bonuses.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with potential international customers.
- Present products and services clearly and persuasively.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns effectively.
- Maintain regular contact with interested prospects to nurture leads.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
- Organize and maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Required Qualifications
- Strong spoken English communication skills are essential.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.
- Confidence in handling customer conversations and objections.
- Willingness and ability to work the 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM shift.
