Tele Sales (Female)

Wavetech Solutions is seeking motivated, confident, and target-driven Sales Agents to join our DME, FE, and ACCA campaigns. The ideal candidates will possess strong communication and persuasive skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert potential customers into successful sales. This role involves engaging with customers through outbound calls, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate solutions to meet campaign objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and clearly explain the products or services related to the campaign.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions to meet their needs.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and successfully close sales.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer objections professionally while maintaining positive relationships.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Adhere to campaign scripts, company policies, and quality standards to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with the team leader to identify areas for improvement and enhance sales performance.

Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and convincing skills essential for effective customer engagement.
- Basic English communication skills; additional language skills may be required depending on the campaign.
- Confidence and ability to handle outbound sales calls effectively.
- Capability to work under pressure and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, or BPO campaigns is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fresh candidates with strong communication abilities are encouraged to apply.

- Competitive salary ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs60,000 per month based on performance.
