Tele Sales

We are looking for motivated and confident TeleSales Executives to join our team for UAE-based telecom campaigns with Etisalat and Du. In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound calls, engaging with customers across the UAE. Your main focus will be to understand customer needs, clearly explain telecom services and offers, and support sales efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, maintain a professional demeanor, and consistently achieve sales targets in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with UAE customers in a professional and efficient manner.
- Clearly explain Etisalat and Du packages, services, and promotional offers to customers.
- Communicate effectively to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up with interested customers to help convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales and performance targets.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in call center or telesales roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Basic English communication skills are essential to understand customers and explain services clearly.
- Confident, professional, and customer-focused personality with good convincing skills.
