Tele Sales Officer

MARS BPO is seeking confident, motivated, and target-driven individuals for the role of International Sales Representative based in Saddar, Karachi. Compensation is commission-based with attractive performance bonuses, providing significant earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate professionally and fluently in English with international customers.
- Clearly explain products and services to potential clients.
- Identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong, professional customer relationships.
- Strive to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Confidently handle customer questions and objections.
- Utilize effective persuasion, negotiation, and closing techniques to secure sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Required Qualifications

- Strong spoken English and excellent communication skills are essential.
- Confidence in engaging with international customers.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Availability to work the night shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
