Tele Sales Representative - B2B Outbound

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Tele Sales Representative to join our vibrant sales team. In this role, you will focus on generating qualified leads by reaching out to businesses across the USA and Canada to promote our Virtual Assistant (VA) services. Your primary responsibility will be to identify key decision-makers, skillfully navigate gatekeepers, and secure Zoom appointments for the closing team. This position demands excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective B2B clients in the US and Canadian markets to generate leads.
- Present and pitch the company’s Virtual Assistant (VA) services effectively to business owners and decision-makers.
- Schedule and confirm qualified Zoom meetings for the closing team to advance the sales process.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads to maximize appointment conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with the closing team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the BPO industry, with a strong background in cold calling.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Exceptional English communication skills are essential.
- Fresh graduates with excellent English proficiency, preferably from an O-Level or A-Level background, are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Demonstrated resilience and the ability to handle rejection during outreach efforts.
- Competitive base salary ranging from PKR 80,000 to 150,000 per month.
- Performance-based bonuses: PKR 25,000 on the second signup, PKR 35,000 on the third, and PKR 50,000 on the fourth signup.
- Additional incentive of PKR 10,000 for achieving monthly KPIs, including booking 10 valid Zoom meetings and securing 1 full-time signup.

This is a strictly office-based position located in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi. The role requires working night shifts from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Monday through Friday. Candidates must be comfortable with the location and shift timings.
