This full-time position is based at Siddique Trade Center, Gulberg, Lahore, and requires working on-site during night shifts from Monday to Friday. The role involves engaging with prospective clients primarily in the US and Canada through outbound calls. The successful candidate will introduce the company’s services, generate qualified leads, and support the sales process by scheduling discovery calls. Maintaining accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system and following up with prospects to help achieve sales targets are essential parts of the job. Compensation includes a competitive base salary along with commission, reflecting performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients located in the US and Canada.
- Introduce and explain the company’s services to generate qualified leads.
- Schedule discovery calls and assist throughout the sales process.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls and leads within the CRM system.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to support the achievement of sales targets.

Required Qualifications

- Excellent command of spoken and written English is essential.
- Confidence and professionalism when communicating with clients over the phone.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts, Monday through Friday.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, punctuality, and strong commitment to the role.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, as prior experience is not mandatory.
