We are looking for motivated and experienced Telecom Sales Executives to join our on-site night-shift team located in Johar Town, PIA Road, Lahore. This full-time role operates from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM and offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 100,000 to 300,000. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, a confident sales approach, and the ability to engage customers effectively by understanding their needs and converting inquiries into successful sales. Previous experience in telecommunications, internet service providers (ISPs), broadband, or telecom call center sales is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales calls and perform outbound follow-up calls with potential customers.
- Promote and sell a variety of telecommunications services such as Internet, TV, Home Phone, and Home Security.
- Evaluate customer needs to recommend suitable products, packages, and service plans.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, address objections, negotiate terms, and close sales successfully.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM or other relevant systems.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional and effective communication.
- Stay updated on current service packages, pricing, promotions, and sales procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve sales performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- At least six months of relevant experience in telecom sales or related fields is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and proficient telephone handling abilities.
- Proven capability to persuade customers, manage objections, and close sales.
- Good negotiation, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to work on-site at the Johar Town, PIA Road office in Lahore.
- Availability to work the designated night shift hours from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
