We are seeking a seasoned Telecom and Security Systems Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and management of advanced telecom and security infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in engineering integrated security systems, including CCTV, access control, and perimeter security, as well as managing communication networks such as PA/GA, telephone, LAN/WAN, radio, and fibre-optic systems. This role requires a hands-on approach to system architecture development, vendor coordination, and project execution within industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the engineering efforts for telecom and security systems, ensuring robust and efficient design and implementation.
- Design and review CCTV, access control, and perimeter security systems to meet project specifications and industry standards.
- Manage and oversee PA/GA, telephone, LAN/WAN, radio, and fibre-optic communication systems, ensuring seamless integration and operation.
- Develop detailed specifications, datasheets, and overall system architecture to guide project execution and procurement.
- Review network topology and communication system interfaces to optimize performance and reliability.
- Prepare material requisitions and conduct technical evaluations of bids to select appropriate equipment and vendors.
- Coordinate with vendor engineering teams and manage package integration to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Review equipment layouts and cable routing to support efficient installation and maintenance.
- Provide technical support during Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), installation, testing, and commissioning phases.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecom, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in industrial telecom engineering.
- Strong expertise in CCTV, access control, PA/GA systems, fibre optics, and industrial network technologies.
- Proven experience with integrated security systems, demonstrating the ability to manage complex projects.
- Excellent skills in vendor management and multidisciplinary coordination to ensure project success.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working on Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, or EPCC projects is highly preferred, providing familiarity with industry-specific requirements and standards.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs250,000 to Rs350,000.
