The Telecommunication Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. This position is responsible for managing and maintaining the telecommunications infrastructure that supports client communications, internal coordination, and campaign execution. The specialist will be involved in configuring and monitoring phone and VoIP systems, troubleshooting connectivity and call-quality issues, and liaising with service providers to ensure consistent and reliable performance. Supporting team members in the effective use of communication platforms and documenting system processes and updates are also key aspects of this role. Close collaboration with customer-facing teams is essential to maintain smooth client interactions, timely resolution of issues, and uphold professional communication standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, monitor, and maintain telecommunication systems including phone and VoIP platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity and call-quality problems promptly.
- Coordinate with service providers to ensure uninterrupted telecommunication services.
- Assist internal teams with inquiries and provide support for telecommunication tools.
- Document processes, system changes, and updates related to telecommunications.
- Work closely with customer-facing teams to facilitate smooth client communication and timely issue resolution.
- Maintain professional communication standards across all telecommunication channels.

Required Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of telecommunications, particularly in dealing with US clients.
- Excellent communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with internal teams, service providers, and clients.
- Proficient troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve telecommunication issues with attention to detail.
- Customer service skills to support users, address concerns, and ensure a positive experience for both clients and team members.
- Ability to work on-site in Lahore during night shifts.
- Previous experience in telecommunications or technical support roles is considered an advantage.
