Telecommunications Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and document telecommunications and related network solutions tailored for industrial and critical infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications, industry standards, and safety protocols. Prepare detailed design drawings and schematics using CAD tools, conduct network and RF coverage design and analysis, and support FEED, basic, and detailed engineering stages. Collaborate closely with project managers, multidisciplinary engineering teams, vendors, and clients to clarify technical requirements, produce technical documentation, and contribute to bid and budget development. Assist with site surveys, commissioning support, and design optimization for systems such as PAGA, RF coverage, structured cabling, IIoT, and private 5G/LTE networks. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad.

Required Qualifications
A strong foundation in Telecommunications Engineering with the ability to apply principles to industrial and critical infrastructure environments. Proficiency in network design and wireless technologies, including RF coverage, cellular, private LTE/5G, and industrial communication systems. Hands-on experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for creating telecom layouts, schematics, and detailed engineering drawings. A bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field is required. Ability to interpret technical specifications, standards, and client requirements, producing clear engineering documentation and reports. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail and a focus on safety, reliability, and quality. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly within multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
