Telemarketing Executive

Mars BPO is seeking experienced and energetic Customer Sales Representatives to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will possess strong English communication skills, confidence in engaging with customers, and a target-driven approach. This role requires individuals who are motivated to meet sales goals while maintaining professionalism and building lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Address customer queries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Required Qualifications:
- Between 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in sales or a call center environment.
- Proficient English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to convert leads into sales.
- Basic computer literacy to manage records and communication tools.
- A confident, target-oriented personality with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work night shifts as per the schedule.

Working Hours:
The position requires availability during night shifts, specifically from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.

Additional Details:
This is a full-time, in-person role based at the company’s office located on the 2nd Floor, Shafi Court, Club Road, Merewether Road, near Avari Towers, Civil Lines, Karachi. The monthly salary range for this position is Rs40,000 to Rs80,000, depending on experience and performance.
