Telemarketing Officer (Female)

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Telemarketing Officer (female) to join our team and provide essential support to the company. The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for both colleagues and customers by managing schedules, delivering feedback, and maintaining accurate documentation and information. This role aims to enhance team productivity and contribute to the company’s sustained growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members on the call floor to achieve sales and performance targets.
- Maintain detailed records of outgoing and incoming calls, including follow-up information and outcomes.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns regarding products while adhering to company policies.
- Accurately document customer personal details such as phone numbers, addresses, and order information.
- Engage customers persuasively to explain how products add value and meet their needs.
- Ask relevant, leading questions to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Follow a prepared sales script to provide accurate information about product pricing, features, and benefits.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education of FA; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or telemarketing is preferred.
- Ability to accept constructive criticism and continuously improve sales techniques.
- Experience handling and processing payment information over the phone is advantageous.
- Strong skills in promoting products or services using persuasive language and sales techniques.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Urdu is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional experience using online forms to enter payment and personal information.
- High speed and accuracy in typing.
- Proven track record in roles where meeting sales goals was a key performance indicator.
