TELEMARKETING (OUTBOUND CALLING) EXECUTIVE – A.R.Brothers

A.R. Brothers is seeking a motivated and confident Telemarketing (Outbound Calling) Executive to join their sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and converting them into sales. This role requires strong communication and convincing skills, a target-driven mindset, and the ability to maintain professional customer relationships. The position is full-time and based in Rawalpindi, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Sundays off.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote A.R. Brothers' products and services.
- Clearly and confidently explain product features and benefits to customers.
- Generate quality leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Follow up with prospective clients to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Ensure a minimum of two successful sales per week.
- Maintain professional communication and build strong customer relationships.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management in line with organizational needs.

Required Qualifications:
- Intermediate education (FA/FSC) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in telemarketing, telesales, or sales.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to persuade and convince customers effectively.
- Fluency in Urdu is essential for customer interactions.
- Target-oriented with a confident and energetic personality.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and follow-ups professionally.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Candidates based in Rawalpindi are preferred, as the role requires on-site presence at the Satellite Town office.

- The company offers a competitive salary package including a basic salary of PKR 25,000, a punctuality allowance of PKR 5,000, and an additional allowance of PKR 5,000, totaling PKR 35,000 per month.
