Telesales Agent – Part-Time

We are looking for part-time Telesales Agents to join our outreach team supporting a commercial cleaning company based in the USA. This remote role involves reaching out to local small businesses to introduce and promote commercial cleaning services. The position offers a structured schedule with flexibility, and there is potential for growth based on performance. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals comfortable speaking with businesses over the phone and interested in developing their telesales skills without prior experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to small businesses to introduce commercial cleaning services.
- Ask whether the business currently has a cleaning provider.
- Determine if the business is interested in receiving a free quotation.
- Identify the types of cleaning services the business may require.
- Collect basic information from interested businesses and schedule appointments for the company owner to visit and provide a free quotation.
- Record appointment details and requirements accurately to complete the call process; the company owner will manage quotations and follow-ups.

Required Qualifications
- Good spoken English with clear and understandable pronunciation.
- A neutral or easily understandable English accent.
- Reliable internet connection.
- Access to a laptop or PC is preferred; a good smartphone is also acceptable.
- Previous telesales experience is not required. Candidates who are confident speaking with businesses over the phone and can communicate clearly and professionally are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Part-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:15 PM to 10:15 PM Pakistan time, including a 30-minute break. Saturdays and Sundays off.
- Starting pay of Rs. 20,000 per month with daily payments during the first month.
- Opportunity to transition to a full-time position with a salary of Rs. 40,000 per month based on performance.
