Brookfield Estimation is seeking motivated and confident Telesales Agents to join their team in Lahore for a USA-based campaign in the construction industry. This full-time, on-site position involves working night shifts to provide construction estimation and quantity takeoff services to clients across the United States. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in USA-focused telesales or telemarketing, excellent spoken English with a strong American accent, and the ability to engage and persuade clients professionally. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients throughout the United States.
- Promote and introduce Brookfield Estimation’s construction estimation and quantity takeoff services.
- Professionally engage with prospects to generate qualified sales leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, following up on business opportunities.
- Address client inquiries confidently while effectively communicating the benefits of the services offered.
- Keep accurate records of calls and follow up with prospective customers as needed.
- Consistently work toward achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in USA-based telesales, telemarketing, or sales campaigns is mandatory.
- Excellent spoken English with a strong American accent is essential.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in handling outbound calls and engaging with US clients.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
