We are seeking confident and motivated Call Center Representatives, both male and female, to join our team at Barkat Market, Garden Town, Lahore. The ideal candidates should be fluent in English, possess strong communication skills, and maintain a positive attitude when handling customer interactions. This role involves engaging with international clients and requires professionalism and dedication to delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with foreign customers, providing accurate information.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed call records and update customer information accurately.
- Adhere to company policies and follow call scripts during interactions.

Required Qualifications:
- Male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with fluency in English are essential.
- Basic computer knowledge is required to manage call system software and customer databases.
