Telesales Executive – Night Shift

Mars BPO is looking to hire motivated and experienced Customer Sales Representatives to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have strong English communication skills, confidence in engaging with customers, and a focus on meeting sales targets. This role requires promoting company services, closing sales effectively, and maintaining professionalism during all customer interactions. Candidates should be comfortable working night shifts and thrive in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
- Promote company services and successfully close sales
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets
- Address and resolve customer queries professionally
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions

Required Qualifications:
- Proficient English communication skills
- Strong persuasive and interpersonal abilities
- Basic computer literacy
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts
- Motivated, target-oriented personality
