We’re Hiring: Telesales Executive (Inbound Leads)📍 Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Salary: Market competitive + Uncapped Commission
Gender: No Preference About the RoleCoderzHunt is looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to convert inbound leads into successful sales.If you’re confident on calls, great at building customer relationships, and motivated by performance-based earnings, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities- Contact new inbound leads promptly via phone and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packages or services.
- Follow up consistently with prospects until a final decision is made.
- Share proposals, explain pricing, and handle customer objections professionally.
- Close deals and coordinate payment confirmations.
- Maintain accurate lead records, statuses, and follow-up notes in the CRM or lead sheet.
- Provide weekly feedback on lead quality, customer concerns, and frequently asked questions.
- At least 1 year of experience in telesales, customer service, or inside sales. Fresh candidates with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Fluent and confident in Urdu; Punjabi and basic English are a plus.
- Strong phone communication and professional WhatsApp handling skills.
- Excellent follow-up, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work with daily and monthly sales targets.
- Basic computer skills, including Google Sheets or any CRM system.
- Warm inbound leads — no cold calling.
