Telesales Executive

FS Real Estate Advisory is seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join our team and focus on the UAE real estate market. The ideal candidate will have prior telesales experience, strong communication skills, and the confidence to engage potential clients effectively over the phone. This role involves building relationships with clients, understanding their property needs, and driving sales through consistent follow-up and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients within the UAE market.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone conversations.
- Understand client requirements and provide accurate and relevant property information.
- Follow up regularly with leads to maintain engagement and interest.
- Schedule property viewings and appointments for interested clients.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-up activities.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and lead conversion targets.
- Develop strong relationships with prospective clients to foster trust and loyalty.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months’ telesales experience, preferably in real estate.
- Familiarity with the UAE or Dubai real estate market is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence and comfort in making frequent outbound calls.
- Target-driven, motivated, and proactive approach to work.
- Ability to professionally handle client interactions and build rapport.
