Telesales Executive

Globevisa Pakistan is seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join their team at the Valencia Town office in Lahore. This full-time, on-site position involves engaging with prospective clients through outbound calls, following up on leads generated by marketing efforts, and providing detailed information about immigration services. The ideal candidate will be based in or near Valencia Town and surrounding areas, ensuring convenient commuting to the office. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and leads.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Understand client requirements and provide accurate information about relevant immigration services.
- Handle client queries and objections in a professional manner.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to nurture relationships.
- Update lead information and track follow-up status consistently.
- Achieve assigned calling and sales targets within set timelines.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, BPO, customer acquisition, or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a good command of both English and Urdu.
- Confident and professional communication style.
- Target-oriented mindset with persistence in follow-ups.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in immigration, education consultancy, real estate, or other service-based sales sectors will be considered an advantage. The salary package is competitive and based on experience, with additional performance incentives to reward successful sales efforts.
