Telesales Executive.

We are looking for confident and results-oriented Telesales Executives to join our team at our Bahria Town, Lahore location. This full-time, on-site position involves working Monday to Friday from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills and proven experience in B2B sales and cold calling. The role focuses on engaging international clients, primarily in the UK and US markets, promoting our services, and driving revenue growth while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound sales calls targeting international clients in the UK and US markets.
- Manage inbound inquiries and convert leads into paying customers.
- Present and promote company services effectively to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, and follow-ups using CRM systems.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in telesales and cold calling is mandatory.
- Proven track record in B2B sales is essential.
- Excellent spoken English skills are required to communicate effectively with international clients.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Confidence and professionalism when dealing with clients from diverse international markets.
- A target-driven mindset with the ability to perform well under pressure.
